Wonderful, attentive, fast, and gets it!
I have LOVED working with Rim. She really understands Notion and all the ins-and-outs and its potential. She understood my challenge in building a central space for my company, which ranges from office team members to clinical and front desk teams on the ground and helped us create an all-encompassing space that manages information, databases, and permissions really well (which can be very tricky in Notion).
